Egnyte - Accessing BW Drive on a Mac

Click the Egnyte icon on the task bar at the top and click ‘Connect Drive’

Type in your BW email address and click Continue

You will then be re-directed to authenticate to your BW email account. Follow the instructions and sign in with your email address and password.

You may be prompted with the below message upon authenticating. If so, click ‘Allow’

Once authenticated, you will see confirmation as below and can proceed to close the tab.

The Egnyte Sign In page will appear, click to ‘Open Folder’ in order to access the BW Shared Drive

The BW Shared Drive will then open and appear within your folder list.

Please browse through the Shared Drive and ensure you have access to your files and folders.

If you experience any issues with the drive disappearing or disconnecting. Please click the Egnyte icon on the task bar and ensure ‘wearebw’ is connected as below. If is shows a disconnected, click the 3 dots and click Connect to bring it back up.
