All Apple devices are to be bought directly through Apple. They will price match any quote dated within 30 days & available immediately, simply email our account manager.

We have our own store from which we can buy from without having to email via https://ecommerce.apple.com. Login via your own appleID setup to your work email, people can be added and removed by calling 0800 058 2222 to request this.


Once the devices have arrived  they will need to be added from our Apple portal (https://business.apple.com/) to Intune


Once on Intune they are ready to be turned on - once through startup the device will go into guided access to the company portal app. This will require a Microsoft login to register a user to the device. 


Devices have a default set of restrictions in place which can be changed as needed in the future. This can be found under the 'Device configuration' blade from the main Intune splash page. Also on this section are some configurations such as the WiFi for HQ & Sites. 


Deployed apps can be managed under the 'Client apps' blade, as well the per app configuration and protection policies. Our iOS Volume Purchase Programme is linked the our Apple Business portal and licenses purchased from there.
