All iPhone and iPad's are set to directly sync with Intune, Mac/macbooks to go to JAMF.
To buy licenses for more/new apps. Apps and books > search for app at top
Entered desired quantity and assign to 'B W INTERIORS LTD'
Once you recieve the confirmation email that these have been assigned you'll need to sync them in Intune.

Apps > E-books > Apple VPP tokens > Three dots on the token > Sync
These should then appear in Apps > iOS/iPadOS ready to assign.
NOTE: Apps need to be assigned as a device licenses or every phone will prompt users to sign into iCloud.
