Xerox Printer Sheets

When printing (on site normally) by default the Cover/Banner sheet gets printed out for each document that is printed.

This can be troublesome as it is printing more paper then it should, ask the user to follow the guide below and it will fix the issue:

Select File from the application menu.
Select Print.
Select the printer.
Select Properties.
Select Advanced.
Depending on the printer driver:
- Click to expand the Paper/Output option.
- Click on the green Earth Smart button at the bottom, left of the window.
Click to Enable or Disable the Banner Page option.
Click OK to save the changes.
