In order for BW IT to connect to your Mac desktop or laptop we may ask you for your unique TeamViewer ID and Password. Please follow the instructions if you are unsure how to obtain this information.

In order to bring up your TeamViewer ID and Passcode on a Mac, please look for 'TeamViewer Host' within your applications list and double click it to run.

(Please note that if you do not see it in your applications list you will need to install it yourself via self service. Please follow the installation guide at the bottom of this article.)
