In order for BW IT to connect to your Windows computer we may ask you for your unique TeamViewer ID and Password. Please follow the instructions if you are unsure how to obtain this information.

In order to bring up your Teamviewer ID and Passcode on a Windows laptop or desktop, click the up facing arrow on the task bar to expand more icons and click the blue Teamviewer logo circled as below:

The BW Support Agent box will appear and will display your ID and Password.

Please ensure the status circle at the bottom left corner is green and ready to connect. If it is red, please check your internet connection and try again.
