You do not need to create an email signature manually, or within your phone settings. Whatever device you are on when it is passed through our email servers during sending and company branded signature will be added with your correct information.
You can test this by sending an email to yourself. If any of the contained information is incorrect the please create an IT request and one of the team will change it within 24 hours.
