NOTE: Wipe the users phone in Intune before closing account to avoid potential activation locking out the device.

NOTE: You will need the Exchange Online powershell module installed as detailed here.

Run the script below in the PowerShell window launch via the app in the start menu (as above) on BWITADMIN, configuring the $User variable to the name of the person. This strips the account of all licenses, groups and converts the mailbox to a shared one. 

Script location

C:\Scripts\Office365\MFA ENABLED - User Leavers Procedure - No Fwd.txt - (My username to connect to EXO online should also be changed but not necessary)
