iPhones/iPads should be ordered via MRSystems or Ecommerce.apple.com as they need to be registered on Apple Business Manager.
Process for shared iPads is identical to normal setup but on the Company portal app a shared account is used in place of a user. Account details below;

From OOTB;
Go through the setup screen and connect to WiFi - the device will then pick up our Deployment Profile which will prompt you to install as part of setup.
Once through setup, the Company Portal app will auto install. Launch the app and sign in as whoever is going to use the phone. Other apps will then be auto-deployed, no other action is needed.
