Known issue with Adobe CC - Using Enterprise level Sharing across Enterprise Team.
Short Term Quick Fix - This should work till the Device is restarted
Enable Admin rights on Mac - Activate BW Authenticator from launchpad.
Sign out Adobe CC App.
Force Quit all Adobe apps, (Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Illustrator...)
Whilst Admin, Navigate to Finder -> Library (Hidden by default, access via Help -Search for "Library") -> Applications -> Application Support -> Adobe
The folder here called "Creative Cloud Libraries" -> Move whole folder to Bin.
Restart Device.
-When the Mac runs AdobeCC after restart, it will rewrite, and repopulate the Creative Cloud Libraries Folder.
Sign back in as the user, allow the Creative Cloud Libraries to Sync.
Long Term Solution
Enable Admin Rights on Mac
Sign User out of AdobeCC App
Force Quit all Adobe Applications
Using Activity Monitor - Navigate and close all open Adobe Processes
Run Both AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg
Then Run AcroCleanerMac.dmg
After this, Navigate to Finder->Library->Applications->Application Support->Adobe
Bin the Entire Folder
Empty Trash (Optionally back up any data first)
Download AdobeCC Again either from Below, or from Egynte
https://creativecloud.adobe.com/en/apps/download/creative-cloud
Once downloaded, install AdobeCC and check install of Licensed Apps for user,
Load Adobe Program of Choice, Check Shared Libraries,
Libraries Should sync automatically.
