If a user is aboard and cannot log into their bw account it may be due to the conditional access rule blocking sign in for countries that are outside of europe.
To disable this and allow user login:
go to :
Microsoft 365 Admin
Microsoft Identity Manager or Microsoft Entra
Protection / Conditional Access
Policies
Block Outside Europe
Users / Exclude
From here you can add the user that you want to exclude from this policy.
